All sales are final. There are no refunds.
Not all performances have late seating available. So, please arrive at least 10 minutes before show time.
If late seating is available for the show, we cannot guarantee that patrons will be seated in their purchased seats. They may be placed in a seat closer to an exit, so as not to disturb other audience members.
SINGLE TICKET POLICY
Single tickets are held at will call unless otherwise arranged.
Tickets can only be exchanged for another performance of the same play.
If you call fewer than 25 hours before your scheduled performance, or if you miss your show, we will do our best to exchange your ticket for another performance. However, we cannot guarantee this accommodation.
SEASON SUBSCRIBER EXCHANGES
Subscribers should contact the box office through email or phone to reserve their seats.
Subscribers can make unlimited ticket exchanges without a service fee (however the ticket price difference, if any, will be applied). The exchange must be completed at least 25 hours before the performance time.
Subscribers can only exchange tickets into another performance of the same play.
If you miss your show, and contact us after the performance, you can purchase a ticket to a later performance for half the price.
All exchanges are on a space-available basis, and we cannot guarantee seat location.
No exchanges are complete until confirmed by the box office. Exchanges can be made for subscribers by email to the box office or by phone.
If you find that you are unable to use your tickets, you can donate them to the theatre. We greatly appreciate any amount.
